TCI CONNECTIONS, S.L. has implemented a Quality Management System for the activities of production and handling of low voltage electrical wiring.
This system is intended to meet all the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 Standard using the information from the data generated in order to promote continuous improvement in all areas of business management and manufacturing processes.
This document explains the commitment of the company's Management in terms of quality, which is specified in the following general objectives:
- Focus efforts on permanently improving the satisfaction of interested parties.
- Maintain the required level of product quality, reducing costs due to incidents or reprocessing, as a way to improve results.
- Provide company personnel with the necessary training, activating motivation, participation and consultation as continuous improvement in all areas of the company and in recognition of the established Quality and Prevention System.

- Provide the company with modern and efficient equipment, optimizing processes and minimizing possible production stoppages.
- Maintain facilities and equipment in an acceptable state and materials identified and ordered.
- Carry out an analysis of the context of the Organization in order to detect both internal and external factors that influence the company.
- Comply with all hygienic and sanitary measures established by the government.
